    hello there... i've never been in a martial arts school... love to watch guys in action labi na sa movies. 20 years ago, kita ko movie ni bruce lee, kadto nag chaku gani na part... amazed ko sa style... lingaw... nag himo ko gamay na chaku saua... kahibalo nako... pero ambot lang kung mao ba ni pag gamit sa chaku... anyone here wants to teach me how to play nunchuck for free? i'm 27 na... want to learn lang sa chaku lang kay mahadlok ko anang mga fight sa ring. can't imagine myself nga maigo sa kumo og patid. heheheh naa man ko napalit na chaku, so no need na mag dala og extra.

    about sa video... pwede ko apil ana mga migo hilig sad ko anang bidyo-bidyo, kaso bati akoa kay sony trv418 rman. hehhehe.... sige na please.... nunchuck og video... nakasulay sad ko direct video sa amo house in bohol with our yaya... it only took us 10 minutes para mahuman. walay klaro kay impronto. hehehhe

    Bitaw!!!! ni layu naman ang topic.. just post place if dayon ba ni siya na group practice. Dili kaayo ko kahibalo martial arts pero I'm willing to learn.

    na a new place sa Capitol para sa mga mag kat-un palang kay sa talamban puro ra instructor ang mag prcatice ngadto....

    Capitol Every saturday, 5:30 to 6:30 or 9:00 to 11:00 am.....150 ang monthly...
