Personally lng..If m9 or m6. I prefer the M6's over-ear design, though murag gamay rajud difference sa sound parihas ra pod ni sila ug drivers as confirmed by MEE. CW31 is on a different level, price lng it was originally at 50 USD. And Cw31 leans toward CC51 sound. Ang CW31 kay vocals mas.abante, mas.maklaro ang positioning like CC51 mas.3D ang sound presentation. Ang M9/6 mas.boomy ug bass, and vocals mas.atras gamay ang trebel mas.abante, and mahulog nga mas.dako sound stage ang M9/6. Comfort.. CW31 daog kay oval eartips and lighter wooden housing. Microphonics lesser/better ang M6 kay over-ear so halos wla jud cable-noise.

IMHO if CW3 at original price, I'll go for M6 but now since nibarato ang CW31 and close nlng kaau ila price adto ko sa CW31.

Wla ko test unit sa mga MEE, dli nko kaaford..hehe Nkatilaw rko sa uban agi sa mga migo nga nagpahuwam. Naa koy MEE CC51..naay similarity ang CW31 and CC51.. Mas.smooth lng ang CW31 while mas.detailed ug hait ang CC51 and bass mas.tight pod so mas.naay "boom" ang Cw31.

dugay nko ani nga bisyo but ni quit ko. sakit kaau sa bulsa oi hehehe...

then later i sold my Gilmore Lite coz i wanted to try Tube Amps. so i got a Little Dot II, my first and only tube amp.

forgot how much i paid for the LDII, it was a group buy, so maybe medyo barato.
the sound from my SR325i being driven by LDII was eargasmic. the sr325i is known for being a bright can, pero pag gamit nko sa LDII, na tame iya pagka bright. since im more into string instruments, female vocals, and live performances, lami kaau ug tingog ang Grado. if you close your eyes, its like being in the front row listening to the band perform . i forgot diay, ako source was my PC with a Chaintech AV 710 soundcard. if you are familiar with it, its a decent source kung properly setup. most of my music are lossless(FLAC), nya using Foobar as my player.

sadly i sold my setup. first to go was my LDII. my grado was then driven by my portable amp made by Electric Avenues' Portable Amp V2.


whoa! taasa na sa ako na type oi... well to make a long story short, i sold most of my gear na.
at present, im only using my SENN HD201($19) for my PC. pero its been recabled($30 LOL), problema lang kay pag recable, ni microphonic hinuon ang cans. pero ok ra gihapon, pang pc ra man sad.

Basing from your being highly satisfied with the Little Dot, what model do you suggest? The 1+? the MKII or MKIII perhaps? Do I go with the stock tubes or do you suggest pay for the upgrades? I have read that Grados sound good with tube amps. Or do you have another brand in mind?

Share lang ko bro. I had the 80i-325is before and ang SR225i ang pinaka mid centric and least bright aning lineup sa prestige series. Among the Little Dot amps pinaka bang for the buck ang MKII and replace the stock tube with Mullard EF92. Kini nga setup sa LDMKII is the sweet spot for all Grados. In my experience at least.
