If your under probation they don't need reason. The moment they see as useless (even competent can be useless), well they have the prerogative to kick your ass. If you feel you are good for the job, then find another employer with higher pay and prove yourself rather than crying like a baby.
Lack of experience? Mabaw raman siguro kaayo. I'd like to think of it na wala ka nakapasar sa imong stats / quota. Re-assess where u went wrong, ask your HR ngano jud gi terminate ka if ever ba tungod sa stats. Klaroha sa na. In the first place, interview pa lang wa unta ka gi dawat since diha man jud na magpug-anay or bisan sa resume pa lang (or pwede sad wa jud ka nila gi background check w/c is ilahang sayop).
If they can't give you a solid reason why they terminated you. Nya mu ingon lang silag "Lack of Experience" lang w/c is very broad. Then ilaha nang sayup. Regular na ba ka?
