naa ta koi ipangutana. if magpapalit ug ipad mini sa U.S.A. bah, kanang iPAD MINI WIFI + CELLULAR (naai SIM CARD SLOT) kinahanglan ba na IPA-ACTIVATE ang CELLULAR SERVICE niya before dad-on diri sa PINAS? naa man gud plan mupalit ako ig-agaw didto. mas barato man gud didto ug a few thousand of pesos compared diri nya iya plan is diri niya ipa-openline.

1. kinahanglan ba na ipa-activate daan ang cellular service (e.g. SPRINT, AT&T) sa states before dal-on diri sa pinas?
2. pwede ba na paliton niya ang ipad mini didto nya diri nalang i-on ang item nya ipa-openline diretos, or kinahanglan dyud ipa.activate didto?
