Accdg to an indian webhosting site (kalimot ko kung unsa to kay ako na-close), kinahanglan daw i-consider nga 100k ang usa ka page load or page view. So if 2,000 pageviews daw ka a day, you need a 200MB bandwidth plan. Ingon-ani daw for social networking sites, streaming sites and other high usage types. Kung text type of blogs daw, katunga ra ana.

Kung unsa ni ka-reliable, i dont know. Pero at least, for me, natubag nako ako pangutana.
