Blaming games is an EXCUSE for violent kid's violent acts. Let dig in deeper on the root cause here. It's because of irresponsible parents who let their kids play the game.

As for the violent games, there are warning on the labels as required by law. If the parents don't bother to look at these warning then this might be the results.

Hopefully the issue will be resolved. Both kids (the victim's cousin and the accused) needs to have a lot counseling.
