Hello Guys,
I am going to working in Japan for a few years, and I just learned that almost no Japanese have any sort of negative blood (O-, A-, B-, AB-). I have O negative blood, which means I need to get O negative blood if I'm getting a transfusion. But if a hospital didn't have any if they had to use O positive or used it by mistake or something, what would happen to me? Would I die? Develop some disease? I know I'm worrying too much, but I don't speak Japanese very well and I'm afraid there could be a miscommunication or something.
Thank You
Lucy James
