for example ako (company) kailangan ko ug additional funds so mobaligya ko ug shares. Imo paliton tanan nga ako gibaligya. I will give you the option to sell your share to whatever price you want. If naay mopalit sa imong shares, wala na ko labot ana kay imoha na na. Ang nipalit pud sa imong shares if iya ibaligya wala na pud ka or ako labot ana. So nagtuyok2x na ang money sa mga nag buy/sell

bro need lang government issued ID, kung wala SSS..passport, driver's license, PRC id, comelec voters ID..kung wala ghapon ka ana nila, try to contact COL they are very helpful ask lang sa ila unsa pay pwede buhaton if wala ka ana nga mga ID.

Basically, its that way. But for me, day trading is actually understanding and analyzing the overall sentiment of the traders.
Kinda risky though since our local stock market is very prone to manipulation.

It's included. It will depend on the trader since every trader has different strategies.
Some are looking merely on price and volume, some are basing only on charts, some make decisions through fundamentals, while some (I'd say most) combined either or all those three.
