I think there is something called a Second Publick Offering, and I think when the issued and subscribed shares of a company is not yet exhausted that is still called a public offering (PO). Hmmmm, and yeah you are considered an owner or shareholder of the company, why else they would be giving you dividends if you weren't.

Then if mag sell pud ko will SM pay for the shares that I have just sold? or naay someone behind sa system nga nagmagic magic nagconvert sa akong data into paper money para i credit niya sa akong banko?

Naay maka explain sa pamaagi sa aning buying and selling of shares?
Ang company para maka raise ug fund para magamit in their operations will sell some of their stocks. During the IPO (initial public offering)(The IPO is the huge money maker for the company – it raises capital.), tanan nga stocks nga paliton from a trader or investor will go to the company. For example naay buhi-an nga 1M shares ang company then i-set ang price at 2 pesos per share meaning if mahurot na baligya ang 1M shares, naay na raise nga 2M pesos. So kana nga 2M adto na sa kaban sa company. After IPO, any money sa transactions will be exchange from one investor/trader to another. IMO

    Hmmm..

As I've known almost the same raman tingale ang public ug private company when it comes to share issuance. If magpa register ka sa SEC sa imong company or corporation. You have to Subscribe a certain amount of shares.

Then naa naka specify ang SEC if what type of company you have naay corresponding nga Authorized number of shares ang private company, the 25% of this authorized number of shares should be subscribed, and 25% of that subscribed shares should be paid-up.

    Example:

Authorized shares - 1,000,000 at 1 peso par - value is Php 1,000,000
    Subscribed shares - 25% of 1,000,000 shares = 250,000 shares - value is Php 250,000
    Paid-Up shares - 25% of 250,000 shares = 62,500 - value is Php 62,500 - paid-up capital

This paid-up capital dapat naa nani before ka magstart ug business as proof nga naay money ang corporation para sa said venture. However murag karon bag-o naay mandate ang SEC nga gipatas-an na nila ang paid-up depende sa imong type sa company nga tukuron.
Anyway we'll stick with this one lang usa first.

I think as long as kanang subscribed shares is dili pa na mahurot ug kabayaran, the company will still receive your money. Kaso I can't be too sure about it, kay ang sa private man gud na.
Kung ganahan mo motanaw sa remaining shares nga to be subscribed by the public company naa man na nakabutang sa PSE website makita ninyo didto.

Hmmm basin mao na ang role sa PCD nominee when it comes to public companies, bali sila na ang mo receive na sa imong money. Then sila na pud unya tingale ang mo hatag ana didto sa receiving company.

OT: who knows the actual role of the PCD nominee diri? hehehe

Ma credit sa imo trading account.
To withdraw, naa form sa platform na imo fill-up then fax/scan and send to them...like most online brokers...except for firstmetrosec nga naa option to direct credit sa imo metrobank account.

Unsaon diay bro? Dili ba imo man ng i enroll ang imong BPItrade account sa imong Expressonline account para ma fundingan nimo. Akong gi check sa Bpiexpressonline account wala man option to transfer funds from BPItrade account to my other accounts on BPIexpressonline. Bali ani.

    BPIexpressonline (Fund transfer):

    1. My BPI ATM or Savings account ---> BPItrade account - Pwede ni, this is how I fund my BPItrade account.

    2. BPItrade account ---> My ATM or Savings account - Kani nga option wala ni siya.

Unfortunately I don't have a Firstmetro or Metrobank account bro, I just want to try if sayon ra ba pagcash-out from BPItrade account.
