    Airphil Express....ay nalang....kun dili ma delay...ma cancel ang flight kay wala kaayo pasahero...ma alkansi ang mga okoy..

    aaaaiiiii.... mypa cash nlng jud ka ts! para sure jud.. kai wa jud kai dg.anan anang online nya tawag2 ra sa mga customer reps nila.. ipapasa ra ka, ikaw nalai mapul.an! mga wai silbi...

    mao2x...kng gus2 mo ug way hasol daghan mn travel agency pwede rah did2 mu dritso...nya kng di mu ganahan ma hasol sa inyo byahe ky tungod init au gipalakaw pa mu padung sa eroplano etc etc na mga reklamo...nganu sa low cost carrier mn mu musakay...pag PAL n lng mu kay di jud mu mainitan ky tube na ila gamiton ang reklamo nsad kay mahal pero worth it mn sd...

    @ hu's baby yeah I tried all their existing support group jud. mura ganig napugos ratog reply kay naglagot najud ko during that 2nd call. mao 2 after gipangayo akong email, nakareciv daun kog reply w/c as usuall about "wait for update", "pending for approval", etc...

    @mhaipush cash jud btaw akong ibayad ako ray nag book online. mas convenient man if ikaw ang mucheck kay makapili kag lowest rates and sched. Wala lang ko mag expect nga ingana kalisod magbayad. If I have known, niadto nalang unta kog mga travel agencies. Sa ako experience w/ CebuPacific man gud, pde ra thru ATM and a lot of establishments nga dali ra tultulon.

    So ang akong complain sa Airphil kay:
    ->limited ang third party payment options(or gidimalas lang jud ko ato)..
    ->y tao ilang support groups!
    ->activ ilang FB agent but can't do anything about it. I think igo ra sila muanswer og FAQ
    ->naay glitch ilang system (I'll try to make a video if naa koy time, unless gifix nato sa ilang web developers kay gireport man jud to nako)

    grabe ang na experience nimo pero mas grabe ang na experience namo sa ako gf hapit2x na jud me masinsiyo...

    care to share it? para ma-aware sad ang uban. I'm not discouraging people not to avail of Airphil Services, just want them to be aware of certain things and avoid experiencing the same thing.

    UNsa gud ni nga mentality. Sa atu pa since kay low cost di ka pwedi mu reklamu? nganu if mu ingun tag low cost does that mean nga wa nay serbisyo or wa nay katungod ang customers?

    Dili man ang customers nag mandar ana nila para mag low cost, sila may nag set anang price nga barato. Kanang atung gibayad nila nga low cost, bayad na para maka abot ta from Point A to Point B. Nya if ilang i cancel sala pa natu? wow

    Mao ni mentalidad nga makapasamot ka uyamot sa atung nasud. Kay abi kay low cost bahala basura ang serbisyo, bahala di matuman ang gibayran.
