    some companies require these records for validating your absences. mao rana.. you can request that then submit it to them. however, your supervisor should have talked to you about this unta para atleast they could point out or explain to you why they needed that.

So make sure to think of yourself and take care of yourself nlng, comply to what is asked, be obedient nlng or else resign and find a new job that suits you. Kay ma question man gud ka why ni trabaho paka if dili man lng pud ka fit to work, and company expected u to work and not be absent baya. It's a huge los nman gud bisan usa lng ka absent, bsan man gani late dako na kau na problem.

    i always follow protocol.. ako ra man gani sa amo team ang mu-follow nga ipa-verify jud sa clinic ako fit to work and mag-process og re-admission slip. I do comply. I know our attendance and sched adherence policy. well, let's just say na likuranay ang show ana niya
