In short... its the basic 3 problems. Healthcare, Education and Employment.

Passage of impt bills like the RH Law is one step to improve quality of life. We also need to cut down on corruption and improve the economy ...

I think the president is doing a decent job in addressing those 3 problems.
i don't think the president is doing a decent job in addressing education when you said it yourself, we have 80 students per classroom (i think the real figure is way more than that). or to be more accurate, there's actually lack of teachers and schools. and who would want to be a teacher in a public school when your salary is almost dirt poor? and when the government is actually cutting the budget of our education sector especially state colleges such as UP, how is that supposed to improve our education? this problem has long existed even before his administration and i remember that this is one of PNoy's platforms that he would like to address and prioritize, whatever happened to it?

you're right RH Bill is just one step. but it shouldn't stop there. imo his views about the real situation of our employment here is short-sighted
