the intentions of the accused are not being judged, but rather, his actions are. what he thought was his right, was infringing on the rights of others.
we can let all our grievances out, but at the right forum. the simbahan where he expressed his opinion is a property of the RCC. you can't go inside another's property and tell him he sucks. if you are outside the property, then, by all means, unleash hell.
the issue here is where you exercise your rights. according to a ruling of the Supreme Court, for anyone to conduct a protest, the consent of the owner or the one entitled to its legal possession is required.
