church meddling in the state affairs is called civil concern.. though naa jud uban nisubra na and ang uban Damaso kaayu ug ideas but still they reserve the right to participate in our state affairs. Kung dili pud na sila manghilabot musulti sad mo nga "Asa naman nang simbahan oie wala mai pakabana..".

But the Law is the Law. Kung mag sige mu ug supak sa balaod what makes you different with the rest of the instinctive animals? We are rational people, bound by our own set of laws. Mureklamo ko sa balaod kai sa pagkatinuod walay ayu ang kasagaran sa atong balaod but wala ta choice but to comply until ma amend or mausab ang balaod. Same goes with the church. Dapat pud unta nila dawaton nga balaod na ang RH Bill. Their next job is to educate more filipinos to be morally upright, not by telling them to produce more people.

Freedom of Expression? Freedom of Speech?

I agree with the ruling although I admire Celdran not for what he did but for making a stand but what he did was very wrong. Nagpadala ra cya pag ayu sa iyang gibati. hehehe

as much as i HATE the Catholic church's stance on RH bill (as well as the other hypocrisies within it), i'm not sure if i can agree with the idea that it is okay to stage the protest inside a church REGARDLESS if they held an actual mass/worshiping or not

also makes me wonder if people like these are brave enough to storm a mosque fighting for women's/human rights

I don't want to prejudge, I wonder what would they feel? Would they show the same sympathy to Carlos Celdran?
