But commonsense tells us that issues as sensitive and critical as this , a careful study and review , investigation , research should be conducted . We have to hold our horses and follow investigations . It does not indicate at all that the hospital or healthcare was OPERATED and SOLELY OWNED by the DIOCESE , it could be a privately owned by individuals who also wants to get away with lawsuits. FETUS NOT YET A PERSON was a statement of the defense, not of the CATHOLIC CHURCH . You should know that even from basing it sa article. - Why was it not reported the cause of the medical malpractice when the " victim " was suing for medical malpractice?

If ma proven na ang CHURCH , the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH to be specific are involved in the process of how the hospital works then you can safely say na walay defense ang simbahan , for the moment , save it for the best bai , you might not really need it as a faithful/thesist or believer but it will be part of the process in the ongoing maturity of our understanding on things and the reasoning behind it.

You have to understand that in forums/debates/real world , it is not a matter of who wins and who loses. I dont even know why the word DEFEAT was brought up but then I would understand kay mao man tuyo nimo.

What matters most is who holds the TRUTH and who holds the LIES and DECIETS.
