IF budget is not a concern, daghan kaayo around Mactan. Examples would be Portofino, Crimson, Imperial Palace, Maribago Blue Water, Hadsan, Tambuli.

If it is, then try Vaño beach at Marigongon, Lapu-lapu city. My balikbayan friends and relatives liked it ky beach jud and somewhat native bamboo huts bisan sheet metal ang roofing. If you go outside of Cebu City and Mactan and go for provinces, daghan kaayo ka options. Going south perting daghana and super nice. Same if going up north too.

Oh I'd stick to El Salvador if money isn't an issue. It's in Osamis Oriental. Get a boat from here.
