veneration is simply looking up, deep respect, honoring...generic kaayo na Siya
ang pagtrapo sa Santos ug Unsa pa nang uban nga gestures, mao nay personal though widely practiced but personal gihapun na
kay ako i have my own way of venerating the saints..as long as one doesn't worship them..there's nothing wrong with it..
regarding healings pud.
kung specifics hisgutan sio, like gisuwat jud sa bible nga need ta muhikap para maayo ka..
however there are Biblical accounts of Divine healings where it involves touching...perhaps we can include "pahid2x" in this category..
Like the woman who has been bleeding and ill for sevaral years, in faith she believes that even just by touching the Hem of Jesus' garments she would be healed 'cause she knew about Jesus divine works and miracles...
same ra pud na sa mga nagmilagro nga mga imahe sa mga Santos pinaagi Sa Gahom sa Ginoo..
poeple thought that if they could just touch maski nalang through sa imahe sa mga faithful nga alagad sa atong Ginoo...maayo cla...
same pud na sa nahitabo sa una sa Book of Acts.
Acts 5:12-15
The apostles performed many signs and wonders among the people. And all the believers used to meet together in Solomon’s Colonnade. No one else dared join them, even though they were highly regarded by the people. 14 Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number. As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by.
