my company in Singapore, Filtec Pte Ltd, will be setting up a BPO office in Cebu in February under my care.. i am in need of people who wanted to be part of the team. Temporary office will be an internet cafe in Talisay City but we will move to a decent office space in Mandaue City before this year ends.

Job Title: FULL TIME Customer Support Specialist (Export Sales)

Job Description:
Attend to customer’s email and fax inquiries
Responsible for order fulfillment from quotation to shipment
Follow-up sales and grow key accounts

Qualifications:
Able to start in March/April 2013
College Graduate
Customer-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively
Efficient, meticulous and a team player
Willing to work on shifts and weekends
Independent and possess strong leadership qualities
Have passion and drive to excel in service

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• deal directly with customers by email
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

• organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• manage customers' accounts

• prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• maintain customer databases
• manage administration
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• follow up on customer interactions
• provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
