TS:
- build your skills if you're still in school or new to programming. (learn algorithms, programming language/s (c++, java,c#, etc) you like/love the most).
- if your into programming already, and you are confident in you're skill set then apply to companies
- as most people here mentioned
japanese companies takes most of your time since they are more workaholic, yet it is as well project dependent. Meaning small development time means more overtime work.
american companies are more relaxed and work-life balance is observed.
- when you apply for a job, just be honest of your skills and ask if they have trainings and tell them you don't know things but you're a fast learner.
- closed books/no internet/no googling is just all in school, when working we get all the tools we need to accomplish the job.
- starting a career we oftentimes start small we don't always start big unless you invent/developed the next big thing(something like an iphone or facebook).

kanang mga kompayaha TS lisod makasulod ang mga newbies ana depende lang kung nindot ka ug academic records, or ngilngig lang jud ka, pero kasagaran magsugod sa ka sa mga gagmayng kompanya for experience, human balhin dayon ka anang mga kompanyaha...

nagmahay jud ko ngano nagdugay ko sa company nga d kaayo related sa ako ganahan..
cum laude unta ko pero naabot ko sa SEO..nahan jud unta ko coding.. web or application.. karon naglisod jud ko ug apply asa ko mangita ug company nga modawt ug mga unexperienced sa ana nga field.. hahaizt..
