Who said that BIBLE isNOT enough asa source ? All the teachings and practices are BIBLICALLY BASED .

Sorry but I beg to disagree. We Catholics have practices that weren't drawn from the Bible. We also have what's called
TRADITION which dates from the early church --- the Apostles.

Not all teachings were recorded in the Bible, we know that too.

WHAT is the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INTERPRETATION and BASED sa BIBLE ?

Like I said , RCC holds the EXPLANATION , the rest carries the INTERPRETATION . Mao bitaw naay compilation nahitabo because it was explained what is rightful and inspired by the Holy Spirit that reserves all the right to be considered the WORD of GOD which is our HOLY BIBLE.

Interpretation -- pamaagi sa paghatag ug meaning sa symbols (words) nga naka imprinta sa Bibliya.


Like this scenario:


Bible based: Faith without works is dead.


Interpretation by Protestants: Most teaches Faith only to get saved. Others agree with the Catholic position at varying degrees. It depends on how they feel to translate it.


Explanation by Catholics: We need a LIVING faith in order to be saved, as taught by the Bible and agreed upon by the Church Fathers.
