No one can stop the hundreds of thousands to millions of people from partying on the streets. I understand if they won't permit it during the duration of the grand parade, but after that, I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with celebrating, drinking and dancing and stuff. I know lots of people from different islands/countries come to our city just because of this "epic street party".
