This is a good start...although I think this only the tip of the ice berg...

Facilities grabe ka kulang.. esp in provinces nga ihatod ra gihapon ang patient to cities.

Ang uban paramedical professionals kinahanglan sad nag increase sa sweldo )(like nurses, radiologist, Medtechs, and etc..og uban pang staff..

Anyway I hope the concern is genuine..

Approve ko ani para magkugi nang mga Doktors nato sa atong public hostpitals kay pwerting luoya gyud sa mga pasyente dili daun atimanon, paa pay uban baliwalaon lang nila kung di mu-reklamo ang tagtungod sa pasyente wala gyud silay aksyon.
Hopefully dapat pun-an pa nila ang mga doktors nga nak-duty labi na sa ER.

Akong pung gikabalak-an if ma-approve ni nga bill so dako na sweldohan sa doktors, basin ang buhaton sa atong public hospitals kay mag-bawas na nuon sa Doktor. Paet sad!!!

the reason for the exodus of doctors is the limited opportunities offered in our country. and besides, no need to increase their salary, what these bastards in the senate should do is to MAKE MORE HOSPITALS

and ti's not the salary that will transform a mediocre doctor to a good one but the facilities they are using. no matter if you graduated salutatorian and top the physicians board exam and you work with instruments dating way back in the 1980s, you can't work properly.

build more hospitals and upgrade the facilities of the old hospitals. it should be those that they should discuss. stupid senators.

agree jud ko nimo boss.. sakto jud ka. dagko kita mga doctor ui labi na Private. sayunan ka samot na Lung og Heart Specialist more or less 20k pinakagamay kita ana in 1 day. pero sa mga Government Doctor mao'y looy pero kung ako pangutan-on better jud paninduton ang Government Facility para ma nindot ang service then anha na ang increase salary.
