Ayaw intawn MSI Video Card. I strongly urge you use EVGA.
    1. GeForce GTX 590 (has dual GPU) Memory Interface Width @ 768-bit (384-bit per GPU)
    2. GeForce GTX 660Ti maka sukul sa higher end lineups. Best bang for every buck spent on this GPU
or you can ask comcam or research yourself.

sa akoa lang opinion, SSD is not necessary. Better save your SSD money for added RAM. since you do video editing and maybe even rendering, go up to 16GB.

I am only into gaming and running multiple apps, I am building a 16GB ram or if I go crazy, 32GB but strong advice ni comcam overkill na sa akoa ang 32GB and suggested 8GB but will go for 16GB to use fully the bandwidth and lanes of x79chip.

so bro, go for 16GB you will need more ram than that SSD thingie. SATA HD will surely do it's job. I suggest use a separate SATA only for your OS and main programs etc.
Games and storage store them into a separate physical SATA.

just a suggestion. it will all be up to you.
    good luck on you build.

The title of this post is "Intel Core i7-3770 (3.4G) 8mb 22nm BUILD" because I have already decided to get this processor. The machine is used mainly for graphic design & illustration and a bit of video editing.

    Name Sub-total
    Processor Intel Core i7-3770 (3.4G) 8mb 22nm 12850
    Motherboard ASROCK Z77 Pro3 4650
    Video Card MSI N630GT 4gb ddr3 128bit 3750
    Hard Drive 120gb Intel 330 SSD 4800
    Hard Drive 1.0TB Seagate Barracuda Sata3 3900
    Memory RipJaws 8gb 1600 (12800CL10S) x2 3660
    Optical Drive Lite-On 24x IHAS-524 Sata LS/LT 920
Power Supply iMaster Pro 600w 1450
Casing Thermaltake V4 black mesh (no psu) 2050
    UPS CDR King 2200

    • SSD is for fast bootup
    • UPS as extra power (5 to 15 minutes). Sakit kaau sa dughan kung dili ka ka save then kalit lang brownout =(
    • Casing - temporary lang, nganbas pa guru ko lain.

Can you please comment if my build is fine considering the ff:
    1. multiple applications running at the same time: Adobe Photoshop CS4 & Adobe Illustrator CS4 are the main heavy applications always running (with Firefox, Thunderbird, Google Chrome, Winamp/VLC, Avira Anti Virus, Comodo Firewall).
    2. Video rendering with Adobe After Effects CS4 or Adobe Premiere Pro (again with Firefox etc running but Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator not running).
    3. PC on from 8AM to 10PM.

    TIA!
