wala man tingali provider nga makahatag ug 100% effective connection...it is said na UP to a certain bandwidth ila gihatag not definitely the exact speed..i am a broadband user too and 1 of the thousand subs na naay complain. base on my findings, sa mga kaila nako sa innove, dli gyud daw nila mahatag ang 100 % good internet connection coz they rely on their equipments..try other providers if dli maayo ang service sa globelines and compare it. daghan na nisuway ug file ug case about it, pero walay gyud exact answer nga nadawat.

as consumers or customers, we expect high standards from these companies, and sooner we expect them to be perfect. those services are technology, those are hardware equipments so in time we'd expect them to really give in. as to the bandwidth, the connection, wa gyud siguroy company nga makahatag ug perfect service. im a globe BB subscriber as well, and im experiencing some problems with my internet connection sometimes. so instead of waiting to lose my temper in waiting, i try to fix the problem myself. if di na gyud makaya, thats the time mopatabang na ko ug technician

Meaning kay dili man nila mahatag ang 100% angay lng nga sabton nato, sakto ka ani na parte brad, pero dunay pero.

Globe claims na sa 100% na speed 60% ra man daw ang mahatag na speed in all pakages due to equipments limitation. sakto pud sila maka sabot rata ana. pero like for example in a 1mbps pakage w/c is 600kpbs ang 60% dili man gani nila mahatag, unsa gud nang speed test nila sa globequest utilities local server man lng na w/c is located in manila, karon ang pa ngutana. Asa man ang mga widely use nga internet servers naa bas manila? wala! ang mga servers toa mostly sa US, ang yahoo, googles, youtube and etc wala nas manila. Call centers are even doing their business not in manila but outside the country. So kanang sugoon ta sa CS sa globe to make a speed test sa globequest utilities usa na ka pag pa ngelad. You are only told to test at a local server designed to give a 1mbps speed but when you test its to severs outside the country we will only get speeds like 100kbps to 250kbps. Maayo sad nag sulti sila nga dili sila kahatag sa 100% oy, kay bisan gani 60% dili nila ma offer.

You have given an advise about comparing globe service to other ISP, yes they both s*cks big and small time, and globe doesn't have the right s*ck pipol bec the other ISP's are already s*cking with their own costumers. That if they realy take good care of their company's image, but the way i see it now its crytals clear their service made only a few bulless happy.

Yes many have file case to companies like these but none of it may have succeed, its bec. in a counrty like ours na grabe ang corruption justice is only serve to the rich pipol, but that doesn't mean na ang complianant sayup sa iyang gi reklamo.

I read a blog owned by a Manileno talking about his problem with Globe. So this Globe DSL debacle is a nationwidest! Hahaha
