unsa nga mga activities ang inyo gina buhat or buhaton pa sa inyo workplace? share daw mo.

nangita ko gud aron akong ma suggest sa akong manager aron bibo pirmi among trabaho-an. kana untang mabuhat ra sa inyo workplace ha, dili kanang sa outside na.

gamit pud ni esp sa mga naay plano dinha para pud ma motivate ang mga employees nga mo adto jud sa work ba.

so let's use this thread to share and to get ideas para lingaw ang workplace.

let me start sa amo ha.

sa call center ko nagwork and here are some nga among gina enjoy:

- xbox kinect and videoke nga pwede namo gamiton kung naa mi vacant (like break or lunch or heavy ang avail time)

- magdala og food among mga TL sa floor aron dili mi gutumon. (dili unta ni allowed sauna but ila na gi allow rn ky nindot mn og effect sa mga agents)

- naay raffle draw esp karon nga pasko and during holidays.

- naa pud miy pod making contest unya ang theme ky ibagay sa event like sinulog, xmas, halloween, etc.

- free lunch sa mga mo duty og holidays (xmas, new year, sinulog, and the like)


... all of which ky sa floor na namo buhaton. will just update this thread kung naay bag-o. btw, im making this thread sa akong work station!

sounds like you or your boss are not following house rules. masakpan mo sa client ninyo through cctv patay mo. if makadungog ang callers na naay nagkanta sa background makaingon siguro sige mog party. bsan mkaingon ka na avail pero im sure naa jd manawag ana na time. it would affect professionalism and image sa company. work is work. you do and enjoy fun while not taking calls or outside prod not during work time. you eat outside prod and in the pantry.

you are paid bisan avail so endure the boredom. the things you mention are not to motivate agents but to kill time and just for fun.

have you seen what our floor looks like? FYI, we actually have cubicles too.

what's wrong with having food inside the production area? it actually doesnt affect the way we handle calls. it is one way for our TL to say "thanks for coming to work".

honestly, magkatawa ko nimo ky it is our client mismo ang mo hatag sa food sa production area. mag-rounds pa gani na sila. hahaha.

kung naka work mn gani ka sa CC, basin bati imong na sudlan nga company/account mao ng ingon ana imong na comment. i really felt sorry for you...

in our workplace we value professionalism. we are not allowed to eat food, even candies while taking calls coz callers can hear you sucking or chewing it.

since you are being paid, i think there's no really need for your TL to say "thanks for coming to work". you were told during your final interview or orientation your role and expectations of your work, right? nagkatawa nuon ko na ang pag allow sa imong TL sa food pag thank you diay ninyo na niwork mo. mabawa ra oi

you dont need to know if bati na cc akong company. dont feel sorry for me coz you dont even sound working in a call center.

in my workplace, we practice CLAYGO. clean as you go. and maskin mag-CLAYGO pa mi, naa gihapon able services magsunod ana. so far, wala pa mn jud koy nakit-an nga maskin usa ka ant or any insect sa floor.

bringing food on the floor doesnt necessarily mean nga unprofessional na among gibuhat. were you there pag-take namo og calls? naka kita or naka dungog ba ka namo nga nagkaon while nag-answer sa call? hhhhhmmmm... before you judge, make sure sa nga naa ky evidence.

it may be mabaw para nimo kung magdala og food ang mga TLs sa floor. imo pud na. well, at least effective na siya ky it's been how many years na gd na gina practice pero wala jud na gi wagtang sa management. it simply means nga wala na naka affect negatively sa among trabaho.

pero naa koi lain pd ddto sa amo naay ray mo dagan/atake ug kalit kng ang kinsa nga workstation wla nka lock ang screen, mag binawsanay ug pm sa ilang mga crush, labi nag babay ang tripan, ug mag send2 ug email sa tann ug bisan.unsa nga pwde ma buking hihi ambot lng pero nalingaw rpd mi ky magdagan2 sa floor murag naay firedrill

wala miy punching bag sa floor but naay specific place sa among workplace nga pwede mi maka duwa og billiards, table tennis, and dart. naa sd mga computers para maka fb ka and the like. available na siya for all accounts. maskin kinsa pwede maka gamit ana. those activities mentioned above ky sa amo ra to account.

actually, naay mga clubs among company. photography, dance, singing, basketball, volleyball, to name some....
