    answer:
    1. For the start, authorized capital stock is P1M. If there is a need to increase, we can always amend our articles of incorporation.
    2. There are 10,000 shares with a par value is at P100 per share.
    3. It depends... probably if the desired capital will be raised through the issuance of stocks, maybe the corporation will no longer need to borrow. But should the corporation needs to borrow, it will be on a case-to-case basis.
    4. As low as possible, but for now maybe we will just raised through the issuance of stocks rather than borrowing.
    5. I got a lot of plans actually, but most of it needs a huge amount of capital. I just prioritize the printing business kay maka-start ra ko ug gamay.

    Hi!

Question lang, it is said that as a Lender, I can invest in any amount as possible. How much is "any" to realize the capital needed? I hope this doesn't sound stupid (my question that is). Good day~

No doubt printing press business is very successfull but experience is must for that. prints Receipts, Letterheads, Invitations, Election Campaign Materials, etc are very common and forever. So if you can choose partner if you can't invest much amount, or you can take loan from bank..
