Different prices on gaisano interpace branchies in cebu

Akong ginatan aw ilang website for prices. But sa ilang website nga pricelist kay murag d man updated. So mi decide ko nga tawagan nako ilang branch. First, I called their countrymall branch. They gave me a price which is higher to the computed price here in cebu.

Naa man gud sa ilang website nga ang presyo nga naa sa ilang website d jud na ang actual nga price para diri sa cebu. As what I've read, ang computation ing ani: PRESYO SA PRICELIST + 2.5 PERCENT as freight fee kuno.
But pagtawag nako sa country mall branch, lahi man ila presyo.

Since d ko satisfied sa presyo nga gihatag sa mitubag nako sa telephone, mi decide ko nga manawag sa lain nga branch nila diri sa cebu. I've called their TABUNOK branch. In my surprise, lahi man ug presyo ilang gihatag compared sa first nako nga gitawagan. Dugay paman gani kaayo naka entertain sa call ang mga staff sa branch nila sa tabunok. Sa akong nadunggan thru sa phone, nagpangutan anay pa sila then d nila familiar ang ilang stocks. Anyways, TABUNOK branch gave me higher price compared sa COUNTRYMALL branch.

Galibog jud kog unsay tinuod nga price. Kani gung customer ta. Syempre mangita jud tag asa ta makadaginot. Kay lahi2x man ug presyo ang first two branches nga akong gitawagan, nanawag nasad ko sa lain nga branch for verification. My third call was with their APM Mall branch. I was shocked again kay lahi naman sad ang presyo. I've noticed nga mas barato ilang price nga gihatag nako compared sa two other branches.

Galibog na jud kog nganong ga lahi2x ilang mga presyo. Wa ko mahiluna kay kapaliton na lagi ko sa item kay gamiton na nako but d ko sure ug asa nga branch kay d man sila pareho ug presyo. So, me decide ko nga mutawag ko sa ika upat nga branch for a second time verification. This time, ang MANDAUE branch akong natawagan. Sus! lahi naman pod iyang presyo compared sa APM mall nga branch. I've noticed that MANDAUE branch and COUNTRYMALL branch gave me similar price.

Ahak ba ani oi.. I've asked sa akong gika istorya nga "SIR SAME RA MO TANAG PRICE DIRI SA CEBU NGA BRANCHES?". The guy answered "YES SIR, SAME RA ANG COMPUTATION. ANG PRESYO SA PRICELIST PLASAN RANAG 2.5 PERCENT".

Nag wonder ko, nga how come d parehag price ang gipanghatag sa mga nitubag? I've asked the CASH PRICE for THE SAME ITEM on THE SAME DAY in THE SAME NAME OF STORE and THE SAME LOCATION which is CEBU CITY.

According d i sa lady staff nga akong naka istorya sa COUNTRYMALL branch, "SIR, D MAN APPLICABLE ANG COMPUTATION SA TANAN NGA BRANCH". Huh Kuyawa gud nga d man applicable. Ka klaro ana sa inyong website oh. Gi indicate diha nga 2.5 percent ang additional freight fee. Gi specify unta na diha.

So I've decided nga sa LAIN NGA STORE nalang ko palit kay sa akong na experience wa juy klaro ang mga presyo sa GI. D lang ko mo mention sa name sa store kay basin moingon mo nga naa koy gidapigan nga store.

To Gaisano Interpace Management, PLEASE LANG KLARUHA NINYO KAY WA KO KASABOT. I don't know ug unsay reason nga d parehag presyo ang CEBU BRANCHES.

nahug jud nga ga hagu2x ko sir kay d man gihapon ko didto mipalit.
pare-pareha raman sad noon ug presyo akong napalit sir. nakabarato ra kog 50. hehe..

na discourage man gud ko sa akong na experience nga dili uniform ilang gipanghatag nga presyo maong me decide ko nga sa lain nalang ko palit. d lang ko mo mention sa store nga akong napalitan kay basin moingon ang uban nga naa koy gidapigan..

bro, lahi2 na cla ug price kai dpnde na sa sales person imng ka istorya. base s akng experience... mas barato pa jud na imng makuha kng cash imng gamiton pag palit den if maso,od na nmo ang sales person kana mag quote sa price kai maka discount pa jud kag samot.. dnt worry about dli pareha ang price kai if base lng ug warranty dali raman cla makawarranty i've tried on d spot ilis dyn ang item.... ang secret ra ana sa GI mangita kag kaela nga sales nila didto ka mag inquire permi ug mopalit nya permi.. pra tagaan kag discount, naa sad na cla incentives ana...

to each his own-sama ra sa lain na companya, or banks ila manager or branch manager has his own way padagan sa branch.

also depende na sa sales person-nagtan-aw rapud na kung unsay nakabutang sa computer-meaning naa silay limit kung pila ang hangyo etc etc etc.

Suwayi bro kanang imong item nga almost 1 year na sukad palit unya mokalit kaguba, I don't think nga ilisan na nila dayon. I have a friend who has defective hard drive after 5 months of usage. Sa GI cya mipalit ato. Pag pawarranty niya sa item, gi pull out pa sa supplier ang item then nag wait siyag almost 1 month before nabalik. As a matter of fact, ingon ana ang policy sa tanan nga store. If your item is proven defective within the direct replacement period, they are obliged to replace it immediately with a good one. They strictly implement this policy ilabina adtong mga item nga naay SERIAL#.
I admit nga makahangyo ka if suod nimo ang sales personnel but I really just don't understand why they gave me different prices when they answered me thru phone for the fact that they don't even know me and I was not asking for a discounted price then. I just simply ask them for the REGULAR price here in Cebu. Mao to nga nakaingon ko nga sa lain nga store nalang ko palit kay d man sila same ug prices. I also wonder if they can give me good aftersales if sa ila ko palit kay nangutana paman gani ko sa prices unya wa nay klaro samot nag magpa warranty na ko sa item basin wa say klaro.

In my part, mas mo prefer kog store nga slightly mahal ang price basta klaro ilang service sa customer..

i dont think GI has aftersales problems, unlike one store we all know...or that u can justify na bati il overall service because d sila preha ug price each branch. i mean if ur in mandaue or lapulapu, would u necessarily buy from tabunok example for a "bit" lesser price?
