that's a very huge claim jovs. it would take a lot more than just personal convictions,interpretations,reserach,studies...per sonal analogy, and personal basis to be able to conclude such..
instead, one should have full knowledge about everything under the sun from the Time of Jesus
to his apostles, to the first Christians, to the martyrs, to the Roman church...down to this very day...
and the knowledge should contain every single detail...i mean historically detailed.
plus naa pay mga logical and other spiritual proofs that you need to disprove pud..

unsa may akong kinahanglan i analyze nga the phrase is as plain as it can be...
uu yes, daghang meaning ang cross before Christianity, and Yes,if it satisfies you..
it is also of Heathen..meaning hasta ang pagan sa una naa pud cross...kung unsa man ganiy meaning
sa ilang cross..wa ko kahibaw...but as a Christian the cross resembles Jesus' sacrifice..

karun sultihi ko bai kung unsay wala nako nasabtan bahin sa imung gikutlo nga bahin sa encyclopedia?
ang encyclopedia nagpadayag nga ang cross historically have had different meanings before Christianity...
so what is it that i am missing? please cut the chase bai..thank you

unless what you are trying to pull is that the practice of using the cross as a symbol of Christ's sacrifice
is wrong kay tungod sa iyang pagan roots..
kung mao na imung gusto ipasabut...then imu pud nang pagsabut.

however, please know that by that logic..this is the analogy it would lead

dying on the cross in the time of Jesus and even before Jesus is the most shaeful way of dying..
death on the cross has its shameful roots as per history
But if Jesus hadn't died on the cross, we wouldn't have had salvation would we?
i hope you see the connection bai..
so if cross is of pagan and should not be used as symbol for Christ salvation...
then we are not to honor His death as well for his type of death was historically rooted to be very shameful.

i know it bro by heart and soul

Ang original Christianity is a school of advance learning started and founded by Jesus, naay teachers not preachers, naay students not followers, and it is centered on Christ, teachings, tests, and experimentations using a very special type of laboratory

    ok jovs,if you say so
can you give me the names of the Christian martyrs before constantine?
and what were the reason why they died if Jesus was not God...
'cause i believe they were killed for preaching Jesus as Lord and His resurrection..

please give me a very detailed answer since you know Christianity by deart and soul.

The original Christianity is the school. What are important are the teachings and not the people who had died bec we don't know, it could be political but not written in the bible or in history. Just like why Jesus was crucified. He was crucified bec of the Chief priest of the Jews, who collaborated with Pilate. and was charge with Rebellon by the Roman Empire.

tomorrow ta twas bro ky medyo duka na kaayo. ang above nga answer waia klaro.

and i think the physically dead Christian has more spiritual level than those of the living and they cannot sin na pud diba?

anyone who claims heaven to be their final destination can claim to be a saint
but the canonization of certain saints is of a different purpose and process.
Its Paul, Personally selected by Jesus. Its Jesus who actually selected HIM, Jesus who is the only one who knows our Hearts and MIND.

Lk:16:15: And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Only God can read our hearts so Only he can proclaim a person is Saved or Not, or proclaim this person is Saint or Not.

Proof: All the Israelite believed that their teachers of Law during that time were good, right? But when Jesus came, he exposed them because only Jesus knows whats really inside their hearts. So we dont have the right to say a person is Good or Bad because we dont know whats in their heart.

    Luke 6:37
    “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven;
