my previous video card was geforce 210 nga 1gb. i think sa Dishonored ra sya mag ingon ani kay i tried it in Medal of Honor: Warfighter ok man sya using 1600x900 resol Ultra settings. hinuon, ni show sya accurately when i used gpu caps viewer.

just do the basic routine in updating drivers or replacing videocards to minimize problems. that means removing previous drivers(including drivers from removed hardware).

post back if naa pa problems.

PS:
i see that your still using Catalyst 12.1. HD7700 series official support is from 12.3 man siguro if i remember, and the latest beta,Catalsyt 12.11 beta has performance update. currently using it sa ako bago na 7750 and indeed naa improvement from the official WHQL 12.10.
just for note, im using also Asus P8h61-M LX3 Plus r2.0 with latest bios. not that it matters bcoz latest bios only necessary for win8 compatibility daw.

sir, this is newly built. less than 2 months ago ra nako ni gi assemble. silbe nag change ra ko ug video card. do i really need to do bios update?

@werty: already cleared out the previous driver and the new one and reinstalled a fresh start for hd 7770. ok man ang gameplay but 2 ra gyud akong prob:

1.) 738mb lang ang total memory mugawas sa dxdiag. is it normal? but accurate sya sa gpu caps viewer.
2.) lag for a couple of seconds upon starting a game (dishonored).

but all in all nindut gyud sya kaayo. or maybe im just being obsessive-compulsive?

try updating to Catalyst 12.11_beta drivers. anyways d pa jud na optimized ang drivers for HD 7700 series nila mao updating drivers even on beta is necessary.

ayaw salig anang dxdiag. pang reference lang na. gpu-z for graphics details.

kanang sa dxdiag nimo na inaccurate sa OS version/BIOS update rana...kay na in ana pud ako, halos same specs rata sa PSU rata lain...
Then, about sa driver, my first driver install was with the CD that came with Vcard i bought from boss comcam.. but when I test play a game, there's a graphic disturbance like every 15minutes mag CHOP xa parehas aning image below:


SO I TRIED TO, UPDATE MY DRIVER AND DOWNLOAD THE ONE ON SAPPHIRE'S WEBSITE.. and the problem didn't persist again..

I updated the driver, I am now using catalyst 12.11 but naa gihapon sya. i will try to update my bios.
