You betcha...it has to be mike arroyo! corrupt piece of $#!+! He was the biggest among the Filipino political bigshots (30 congressmen and governors) who watched that fight.
I don't think he would be lonely though... a lot of hookers and strippers can be hired in vegas...and , of course he can afford it. He has the money, OUR money! The Filipino people's money...more so with these congressmen and governors who came to las vegas to give their "undying" support to a fellow Filipino.
We should congratulate this "mystery" big spender who spent muchas dinero on a $20,000.00 suite at MGM.

There are lots of rich people in the Philippines most of them are humble enough to call themselves as silent millionaires. Most of these people owns multiple businesses and I know some in Badian, a town south of Cebu.
