kizzy and jdbebz, i forgot to say clear your caches and cookies afterwards then hitting ctrl+F5 to hard refresh.

if that still doesn't work, and since both of your notification problems come from visitor messages, then try clicking on "View Conversation" for every visitor message in your profile. i know it takes a lot of time especially if you have pages of vms, but there's no helping it as vbulletin does not indicate which vms are new and which are read.

Oh my!!! I saw the messages nah! All I had to do was click the settings button beside the log out button and the notifications were there already! thanks for all your help!

Bro, try clicking on settings then diha mu appear imo visitor messages then tanawa daun imo profile..make sure na imo gi timan-an ang date na nka butang sa unapproved visitor messages para ma kitan jud nimo...
