u said "KARAAN" - i would suggest visual inspection naa ba gurot na capacitors, sunog na parts etc. then try cleaning internals, remove dust and other foreign materials. insert and reinsert data-power cables and the likes. kung ok na, try booting up again. if dili musulod windows-reformat. kung problema gihapon like bsod etc, check memory or try replacing with good working one, kung mag ungot2 bsin harddisk guba, try running hdd related diagnostic apps from manufacturer.

naa nana sakit imo mobo basta in ana na sya... inconsistent nana iyaha mga electronic component... try monitor sa iya voltage kung dli bah mo drop... like 12V kung pure 12v ba jud ang iya result...

Ahh old na diay, try lng sa use other PSU kung naa para ma test nimo kung PSU ba jud atleast mahinay hinay nimo isolate ang problem, naa pud ko P4 gani diri 5 years naman guro ni ok ra siya for net ginag may ug music also watching movies ang ako man old pc ako use....
