    Expenses for the development of the San Pedro Calungsod thanksgiving mass site at the South Road Properties (SRP) have reached P16 million.
    “There are no restrictions, no tickets needed,” said Msgr. Dennis Villarojo, Cebu celebration coordinator.

    He warned, though, that parking spaces will be limited and that the organizing committee will be distributing four passes for buses and 40 passes for cars
