WISH KO LANG!!!! hahaha geez!!! kung ako pa ang tag.iya sa ebpo c almira, gipa trace na taka and have sued you na unta. i'm just an employee here also. i also have my share of disappointments. fortunately for me, wa ko ka experience sa inyong mga na experience xcept sa madelay ang sweldo coz mka absent ko. the reason i'm still here is because i have a fixed schedule and wla rapud ko nila hilabti. there r pipol lng jud here hu r really big suckers esp. kanang way laing dakong tawo diha. i'm sure kaila jud mo ana niya nga grabeh jud kahambog. ug naa pay isa ka laki sa diha hu is almira's pet. all u nid 2 do is just stay away from them pra dli ka biklon nila. 8s true der r a lot of far better companies than ebpo, higher pay and greater compensation but i will not xchange my fixed sked, fixed RD for that right now.

The thing is boy, we all have our bodies working soo much but not being compensated right for the hard work, letting them take advantage of you when YOU KNOW you are worth waaaaay more than what they are treating you? Wake up and have some sense of pride and dignity. Be modest to accept the fact that you are being degraded by that company.



Why dont you just accept that YOUR company is no better than ANY BPO companies here in Cebu... Not now, not ever...

hahahah ;d... Lahi-lahi man ta ug mga experience ani na company. Den ang purpose anih na thread is to know the negative aspects of the company as well as the positives. Den ako minimal lang na negatives ako na experience. Lainlain man pud ta ug reason why mo choose ta ug usa ka company. Bitaw, dagko jud ug rate ang uban cc. But dili man sad ang compensation ra ako gi-apas, there are other things that i find it comfortable working here.

Unfair pud anang mo ingon nga ang mga empleyado dri kay walay lain choice na diri ra sila pwede madawat. Bout pasabot nga ang naa dri puros mga reject sa uban cc? Over ra pud ka. Pagbackground check sad pud oie sa uban employees before ka mosulti anah. Mura man ka nakaminus abi man ug nkawork mo ug dagko na nga foreign owned and established companies.

Basig ikaw o imong kaila g reject in some matters sa laing company and besides before mag hire ang usa ka company sa usa ka aplikante mag background check na dili lang kay basta basta mu hire ug taw!!! Or basin ikaw naa ka record na bati o blacklisted imong kaila sa mga companya!!!! Rejects excuse me!!!! Kung wala naka pasar sila sa uban companya well we all have to do whatever it takes na maka trabahu and it just happens na maka pasar ang aplikante basin ang uban wala ka pasar hagbung sa exam mao na diha run so ayaw ug pataka ug sulti diha kay once na ma trace up kinsa ka kita lang mu sa korte!!!
