go to wireless
go to basics
go to security

set WPA personal TKIP for most compatibilities.

NOTE: dont forget to save changes after applying. else you will lose the new settings next time you restart your modem.

hard reseting the modem will set the modem back to its factory default.

^^ yes mo balik na xa sa default niya nga username ug password( i mean ang username ug password sa account not the default gateway) and most likely mo re.direct na ang page nig open nimo adto sa globe tatoo nga page ang imong buhaton tawag ka 171 ingnon nimo nga g.hard reset nimo ang imong modem/router kay intermittent ang connection na bwesit naka naa kay online job di pwde ning intermittent internet connection..LOL.. . mangayo dayon kag new username ug new password mao nanay e.input nimo adto sulod sa modem/router usually ang account number nimo ang password ana unya ang username kay imong pangalan ex. juan@visayas.globelines.com.ph. .. sakto ba ko mga master...hehehe..=)
