    Thanks boss! Drop in squat strength. Before ang 150kg 2x3 sisiw ra kaayo, karon 1 set nalang akong mabuhat. hahahaha

    225 lbs-5X5

    Bench Press- 130 lbs-5x5

    Overhead Press- 95 lbs- 3X5

    Barbell Row- 130 lbs- 5x5

    Deadlift- 300 lbs- 1RM

    Nag duha2 pko karon if padaun ba ko mag heavy weights kay Running nsad ako bisyo karon... Then wa nsad ko sa citigym kay Expire na nag GYM hopping ko ron sa Fitness First... Ayos diha sa Baseline gym TS? pila pd monthly? walk-in?
