It's wrong IMO. It's the child's body, let them decide whether or not they want their ears pierced once they are old enough to make a sensible decision.

Ask lang ko if naa mo nahibaw.an na mo ear pierce sa babies kanang affordable lang unta. My baby is 3 months old.

Dude, better consult with a pedia for safe ear piercing. Sterility is essential for most procedures. Your baby might have risk to develop allergy or infection if done with untrained personnels. Just my two cents.
