And it will also add sa mystery sa Dios ug sa iyang gahom.

Naa guro organisms pero intelligent beings same sa tawo murag unlikely.

sa una, bag.o pa ko kristyano(i can consider myself as someone described by paul whose faith was weak, karun weak gihapun but mas weak to sa una..hahaha)...
There is this person that i look up to..great musician, great worship leader...
talks about why we should avoid drinking and all sorts of vices...
now coming from a very "bisyoso" life before Christianity...i agreed with him 100% no alcoholic drinks till the day i die..hehehe
later on, kay banda2x man pud to cla...kami pud...Christian band...
i saw Him nga nitagay sa ubang banda nga gatapok pud...nagki halo bilo...

sa akong huna2x...compromise to...ug iya gitulon iyang gi istorya...
then i found the explanation in this verse...

    1 Corinthians 9:20-22

"To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. 21 To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law. 22 To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some."

of course His Spiritual Level was way too far from mine...mao wala ko kasabut sa iyang gibuhat ato nga time...

hence it is best done secretly plus under the state of Grace...
and makita na sa fruits pud...kay kadtong maong tao..in result was able to invite those people nga iyang gi jamman ug tagay2x...
was able to bring them to the Love of Christ..now they can freely talk and enjoy each others company without Tagay2x...
under the state of grace is deep and broad, kahibaw ra ta through descernment ug kung at peace ta sa atong gibuhat..but most of all makita sa resulta...kay sa tunga2x sa akong paglakaw kuyog si Lord
kay akong gihimung justification ang inum2x para kuno maka reach out sa uban...ang ending...ako maoy na reach out nila kung sa giingun pa ni paul...this is Solid Food for matured Christians...
kadtong black and white nga teaching...para tos baby Christians..'cause they may serve as foundations of faith..

was that guy compromising? only God knows jud...again we base it sa fruits
first we know that drinking is not at all bad, but its EFFECTS?
now are we suppose to kompyansa?no...that's why these things has to be done when we are in the state of grace...otherwise,tagak
next thing we know...hubog ug maoy na..kalamukat ang agi...and hypocrites na ta...

and what does paul mean about i myself am not under the law?

"To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law"

para nako, i could be wrong ha...when you are trying to win a muslim
of course, don't eat pork pud..
if you are talking to teens, of course we must be like teenagers pud..
but if we are trying to reach out for people who are really in their lowest...
(addiction, hatred, and other stuff)...our legalistic minds won't help bai...
our nice suit, preacher look type, clean cut with a bible handy won't let them feel we understand them...

and how will you reach out for those whose favorite food is dinuguan and pork?

if you know sonny sandoval of POD...his got tattoos all over his body...
He sings hardcore music...He doesnt even talk about the Law of God all the time
but He does talk about His Love...and is clearly reaching out thousands of people...
people with addicitons..problematic teens....and He its pork too

sorry kaau TS, taas2x nga OT

Peace ta bai ha, this is just for the sake of conversation...
after all, you may be right too...God bless you

now where were we?ah yes, Aliens in the bible...Lol

    Ezekiel 1

    New International Version (NIV)

    Ezekiel’s Inaugural Vision

1 In my thirtieth year, in the fourth month on the fifth day, while I was among the exiles by the Kebar River, the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.

    2
On the fifth of the month—it was the fifth year of the exile of King Jehoiachin— 3 the word of theLord came to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, by the Kebar River in the land of the Babylonians.[a]There the hand of the Lord was on him.

    4
I looked, and I saw a windstorm coming out of the north—an immense cloud with flashing lightning and surrounded by brilliant light. The center of the fire looked like glowing metal, 5 and in the fire was what looked like four living creatures. In appearance their form was human, 6 but each of them had four faces and four wings. 7 Their legs were straight; their feet were like those of a calf and gleamed like burnished bronze. 8 Under their wings on their four sides they had human hands. All four of them had faces and wings, 9 and the wings of one touched the wings of another. Each one went straight ahead; they did not turn as they moved.

    10
Their faces looked like this: Each of the four had the face of a human being, and on the right side each had the face of a lion, and on the left the face of an ox; each also had the face of an eagle.11 Such were their faces. They each had two wings spreading out upward, each wing touching that of the creature on either side; and each had two other wings covering its body. 12 Each one went straight ahead. Wherever the spirit would go, they would go, without turning as they went. 13 The appearance of the living creatures was like burning coals of fire or like torches. Fire moved back and forth among the creatures; it was bright, and lightning flashed out of it. 14 The creatures sped back and forth like flashes of lightning.

    15
As I looked at the living creatures, I saw a wheel on the ground beside each creature with its four faces. 16 This was the appearance and structure of the wheels: They sparkled like topaz, and all four looked alike. Each appeared to be made like a wheel intersecting a wheel. 17 As they moved, they would go in any one of the four directions the creatures faced; the wheels did not change direction as the creatures went. 18 Their rims were high and awesome, and all four rims were full of eyes all around.

    19
When the living creatures moved, the wheels beside them moved; and when the living creatures rose from the ground, the wheels also rose. 20 Wherever the spirit would go, they would go, and the wheels would rise along with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.21 When the creatures moved, they also moved; when the creatures stood still, they also stood still; and when the creatures rose from the ground, the wheels rose along with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.

    22
Spread out above the heads of the living creatures was what looked something like a vault, sparkling like crystal, and awesome. 23 Under the vault their wings were stretched out one toward the other, and each had two wings covering its body. 24 When the creatures moved, I heard the sound of their wings, like the roar of rushing waters, like the voice of the Almighty,[b] like the tumult of an army. When they stood still, they lowered their wings.

    25
Then there came a voice from above the vault over their heads as they stood with lowered wings.26 Above the vault over their heads was what looked like a throne of lapis lazuli, and high above on the throne was a figure like that of a man. 27 I saw that from what appeared to be his waist up he looked like glowing metal, as if full of fire, and that from there down he looked like fire; and brilliant light surrounded him. 28 Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him.

This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. When I saw it, I fell facedown, and I heard the voice of one speaking.

t Symblosim ra or Literal, Unsay guidelines bah. its more of a general question para nimu nga ni ingun nga kasagaran naa sa bibliya symbolism. Unsaon pag differentiate ug asa tag Guidelines..

I rephrase nlan nko in general kay OT nman if nag Dugo ra..

    naa koy question:
    Leviticus 17:11
11 For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.

when it says "it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life" - Literal na or symbolism?

bro, it doesn't need guidelines..just plain common sense and if you know how to read or understand figures of speech(A figure of speech is the use of a word or words diverging from its usual meaning. It can also be a special repetition, arrangement or omission of words with literal meaning, or a phrase with a specialized meaning not based on the literal meaning of the words in it, as in idiom, metaphor, simile, hyperbole, or personification. -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Figure_of_speech).

For your question "when it says "it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life" - Literal na or symbolism?", literal na bro. Basahon ra tana nga verse bro in Filipino para dali ra masabtan, lisod man gud bro if English kay grabe ang misinterpretation kay dili atong native language. Klarohon pud nato ang atonement -> Noun 1. atonement - compensation for a wrong; 2. atonement - the act of atoning for sin or wrongdoing

11 For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.

Ngano kinahanglan man nato bayaran atong kinabuhi?
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Ana lang bro..try to read it in Bisaya or Tagalog if hanap ang meaning para nimo in the English version.
