Iran and Libya are one of the main proponents that supports Hamas government of Palestine ( there are dozens of other Arabs nations that supports them financially and militarily), while Saudi Arabia supports Al-Fatah and Osamah faction of Palestine.

If Israel needs to gain control over Hamas, they need to wipe out the entire Arab league, which the international community will never approve including the United States, oil exchange with Saudi and Iraq is too precious.
