I'd like your opinion on what to do or if you have ever encountered this before, please share.
Situation:
I paid Smart to re-install my Smartbro Canopy in Talisay City (originally from Mandaue).
However, the contractor was unsuccessful in setting up the device. Ingon xa, daghan na daw sa among
area ang nagpa-pull out kay hinay/putol2x gyud daw ang signal diri. So, mao to wala jud na install and ingon xa manawag daw ang Smart about sa next steps (ingon ang contractor usually pulihan daw ug wimax ang akong canopy). Pero it's been 3 days already and I haven't heard from Smart.
Question:
Can I use this as grounds to terminate my subscription without paying the pre-termination fee? (remaining months in the lock-in period x monthly subscription)
