I've seen some users at TPC with that CPU, but I don't know if asa nila gipalit. Basin naa jud na diri sa Pinas but I doubt naa na diri sa Cebu.

available ang Xeon pud E3-1270 V2 dri... priced @ 13.6k php... na intriga man gyud ko ani na CPU... tsk tsk tks... instead of OC gaming PC, lami man pud mag DIY ug gaming workstation (CPU lang ang naka workstation ani)...

naa daghan dri sa main land china... daghan sa taobao na mga shops bro... naa pud ang pinaka high end sa E3-1200 series... ang e3-1290 V2 priced @ 37k php... pero, out sa budget na ni nko sya...

nag libog hinoon ko unsa ang akoang paliton na CPU para sa Fatal1ty Z77 Pro mobo... dah, mao na ni ang resulta sa mag sige'g pangita unya kun naa'y lain makit-an, labad2x dayon sa ulo... hehehe

mura'g wala ni sa shops sa cebu... pero, basin naa sa nag carry ug DELL ug Compaq... naa mana sila servers...

i think d man tingali magamit ang server-features ani if using as simple desktip pc. ug wala ko masayop more on data integrity related features rather than raw performance? d ko sure i think mas maka save going for desktop set rather than an equivalent server-setup pc?

imho(kapoi research for exact terms for now)

kaning E3-1200 series, pwede himoon ug gaming CPU... mas reliable pa ni sya compared sa desktop variant kay designed to run 24/7 man... other features, the same lang sila... except the IGP. naa man pud xeon na naa'y IGP... raw performance @ stock, the same lang pud sa desktop variant. naa man pud ni sya boost pero, dili ma OC ug maayo like a "K" CPU.

dili lang sa ko mag dali2x ug palit... kun mahinayak ug maka palit ug xeon, aw, gamiton sa torrent PC w/c is running 24/7 pud just like a server... destino ang SB celeron for a torrent PC nila sa balay...
