Maayong udto mga Sugbuanong Managanay.=)) Uy sa atoa mga ultraman na managan this weekend Good Luck! Kaya na ninyo, as per Vicente Teng(oldest BDM 160 finisher ug wala pay permament support crew) hinay-hinay lang basta makaabot lang sa cut-off time. RUN HARD & BE SAFE Runners!

Haha si Mang Vic.. finally had the chance to meet him pag Warrior50. Nag dungan pd mi ug uli.. he's trully an inspiration to everybody in the ultra running community and in the whole running community in general.. grabe siya.. but he was already an athlete in his younger years.. he was able to participate in foot races na since his teens.. grabe pud siya ug mga PR in his younger years.. ang naka lahi lang niya to other athletes nga iyang ka-batch is that wala siya ni undang..
Nagka chat mi niya just a few days ago.. nagpa book na siya ug flight para CCM..hehe Dili naman kuno kaayu cya mu ultra after he DNF'ed his last one (WC200).. pero as everybody would say, once an ultra runner, always an ultra runner.. mu dagan gihapon na cya for sure.. pero dili na lang as daghan ka ultra as before..hehe

Taga Cebu na Siya boss? Mao ni siya ang gi-feature sa MILO Marathon na advertisement? Last WC200 ra sad ko nakahibalo about niya. Namentioned man na siya diri before sa previous posts, pero wala ko nituo nga naay nakahuman sa BDM160 na walay support crew coz I know, requirement man gyud na dapat per runner. I also hope, mameet sad ni nako siya in the future marathon and ultramarathon nako.

GoodLuck pod and GodBless sa Dumaguete 18 man d ay na inyong dagan sa? ig abot nako sa pier sa Santander, mo syagit lang ko kay atbang raman na dha ang Negros! Ahahaha....

Bag.o lang d ay nahuman ang race briefing for CUC100K leg2. And it was really fun, grabeh ka dalag komedya si sir Joel Garganera, grabeh alegreha nalang gyud sa breifing. Ahahahah....
Gehatag ron ang Racebib number with 2 Cans of SanMig Light. hehehehe.. Pero unya rani nako imnon after the run.
