I would like to ask some tips from you guys since experts and experienced naman mu sa mga inani and ako kay mao pay pagbalik. Hehe
I am Brian Sy and I worked out before mga 2 years ago and ni stop ko. Karun nagaworkout nako for like 3weeks na and humbly speaking I lost some fats na.. By the way sa Club Ultima Power Gym ko tig workout under the training of Toy Uy.
pasyensya but i cant really enumerate the exercises nako kay lahi2x man gud. Every workout is a different routine of exercises. Well in short kay more on circuits ko karun and naa say mga lifting Kay fat loss man ang apas. Hehe
Without further a due, my question is: WHAT ARE THE FOODS THAT HELP ME LOSE FATS TO MAKE MY FATBURNING GOAL FASTER? AND SPEAKING OF RICE (CARBOHYDRATES), WHEN TO EAT AND NOT TO EAT WHITE RICE? kay after losing some fats my plan is to gain some muscles (well i know na mu kaon jud ko anig daghan para mu dako and more on protein). My trainer suggested and adviced na unya nako mag muscle building kung kamao nako mu diet. Hehe kay bag.ohay paman sad ko gud.
I already overcome my challenges of starvation and cravings kay since atung nag start kog workout these are the things I did THAT HELPED ME OVERCOME CRAVINGS.
1. Drinking alot of water
2. Eating sugar free gums
3. Eating fruits than sweets such as chocolates, candies, icecreams and etc.
PS: The supplements I used that burned me some fat so far for 3 weeks kay Lipo-6 Carnitine(A fat burner that converts fats to energy and para mag singot kog maayu. Hehehe) and ON whey(to repair muscles that are used during workout)
Please correct me if Im wrong guys ha. Hehe di man sad ko expert gud. Hehe
