Diba ang naay minor subjects kato ra man mga BS courses? If it's a short-term course, there's absolutely no need for those.

"RATHER than have a list of subjects that are irrelevant to a career in design, a new school that will begin classes in November aims to offer design courses with lessons solely focused on design creativity.

The University of the Visayas School of New Media and Design (UVNS) will begin offering three-month courses on visual design, photography and digital illustration when classes open on the first week of November, said school director Genesis Raņa.

Other courses that require these three as pre-requisites such as 2D and 3D animation, visual effects/motion graphics, video/film production and production design will be offered in the next semester.

Rana said that while other universities offering similar courses like these offer just three units of a design subject per semester due to other minor subjects that students are required to take, the UVNS offers 480 hours of quality subjects dedicated to the course, which make the students learn the things they need to learn in three months.

Three month courses are at P60,000 while the one-year diploma course cost P150,000.

They also offer night classes for those who work during the day and are planning a cheaper option for those who have their own equipment.

The school occupies an entire floor at the Gullas Medical Center in Banilad, Cebu City.

They have begun accepting enrollees and urge those interested to enroll right away because they want each course to have just 20 students, although they are willing to have up to 30 depending on the demand."

so far this is what i found
