Recruitment agency ra ni sila, they will not be the ones hiring you.. if mu pasar ka nila, ila ka irefer sa ila mga clients na companies. Useless kaayo ni sila, ni pass ko sa ila interview and exams and all they did was refer me to a call center. I thot at first pas2x na ako pag process sa call center na ila gi refer pero dli.. I still went through every step of the p;rocess sa pag hire sa ato na call center na mura ra ko same sa kato mga ni walk in didto... Again, dli ni sila ang company nga ga hiring, mang recruit ra ni sila para sa ila clients, but if pasar ka sa ila recruitment or dli, makes no difference, mangapply gihapon ka didto sa company na asa ka nila gi refer.

KOREK! Sa maayong pagkasulti lang, way gyuy pulos. Kalas pa gyud pamasahe ug oras. Maypag drecho na lang mo apply ( esp. sa call centers kay daghan mana cla clients from different industries aside from call centers). Pa-refer na lang mo sa mga agents nga currently working - daghan kaayo dri - hatagan pa mo tips on how to pass the interview and exams, kasagaran ning mga agents mag-offer pa gyud na tunga pa mo referral fee na ilang makuha kung kapasar ka.

a cousin of mine nag apply dri way back Aug. 2013. Matod pa sa akong cousin while drinking a couple beers kay na badtrip cya kay although daghan man daw mga job posting sila but the problem is kung call center/BPO imong aim you might as well apply directly sa mga BPO company kay useless lang kay mo under go ghapon ka sa recruitment phase sa BPO company na ila ka e refer. kung other job posting nila outside sa Cebu ok man pud but lahi ra pud ilang style. kay sa kani na recruitment agency. mag exam pa ka and computer exam after ana interview. ang interviewer pa jud daw nya na lalaki murag walay interest sa cousin nako while gatubag sa iyang mga answer. mao feel sa akong cousin na wala jud cya chance na madawat sa pag apply niya dadto. which is true kay wala jud cya gitawagan.hahahaha...

wa mani klaro nga kompanya. done with initial interview and passed the exam. nya gi sched for final interview. hangtod karun wa japon ko tawagi. basta bayot to and ga interview nako. hehehe
