better to clarify it and ask some advice from the bank where you have your check or better yet,kong naa kay kaila nga tawo na naa sad sa real estate og suhito kaayo.

@TS something wrong with the transactions. Deal is deal. Dapat ana ila nana problema asa sila mangita para e loan ang property to reach the amount of P1m. Take note you've done paying your equity. If imo pa gi deposit ang imo money sa bank so ni earned pa unta og interest. It cause damages on your part sa gibuhat sa CLS Properties.

Don't bother yourself to issue the said guaranteed check worth P127,000.00 if they forced you tell them to get your equity back with interest of course. It's not longer your problem. if the property is not on same location then it has a different valuation of the said property. (again, it's their problem not yours anymore)


Last thing i've noticed your last statement that there's something fishy & worse manipulation about the transactions or ayaw pagdahum anang last statement nga ila pa e uli imo money if mo issue ka og check amounting such amount. Been in business wtf. .
