share lang ko nimo ts, in less than 2 months, i've lost nearly 20lbs na gyud but wala pa jud nako makuha akong desired weight. nagpalabi man pud ko pag ayo gud. cant blame anyone but myself but im getting there. wala jud ko nag mahay nipalit kog exerciser. kung diet ra gud, hinay kaau ang progress. mo usos imong timbang kay gamay ra imong gikaon pero ang state sa imong metabolism is the same kay walay increased physical activity. infact, u dont need to diet, u just need to eat right and then exercise, at least makaon pa nimo imong gusto but in moderation
thanks for sharing sis, thats good to hear. i tried refraining from junk i used to eat but in the end, magcrave hinuon ko og maau then ang resulta, daghan hinuon kaau kog makaon kay d maagwanta hehe so yeah i guess ur right, i dont need to diet pero dapat exercise and eat right lng.
