they send ur info sa singapore or hong kong (kalimot naku aha aning duha sa kadugay na ato paghire nku) for thorough background check. and i think they also look at your contributions sa sss or pag-ibig to see if naay moi company na gi-workan na wa ninyo gideclare...

I dont think you guys should be worried about this background check, trust me. The company values people with integrity. Regardless unsa pa na ang history ninyo, basta honest lang jud mo sa inyo tubag, wala jud problema isulod sa chase. My point is kung unsa man gani na ato history, ang importante kai kung unsa atong gibuhat para ma resolve to.
TIP: Give critical incidents on how you were able to address/resolve any issues or opportunies you have then convert it to positive. TIA!
