As far as I know, they can help. But the approval depends on your interview. Best tip i ever had for the interview was just be honest. They are able to verify what you say on paper.

Sa ako sad kai non immigrant working visa man ako.. Just 2 questions were asked.. Where I worked before ug how long.. Just be confident with a pleasant smile at all times! It just took for about3 minutes ug na aprub dayun! Was given 5 yrs tatak!

I think not that long anymore. Unlike the olden days. I have heard that you can do the scheduling online as long as you have paid for the application.

Tip lang:

1. look straight into their eyes
2. be confident, like be yourself
3. listen to the questions they are asking and think of what is the purpose of why they are asking such question...then you would know how to answer back with objectivity
4. dont do flower talk. straight to the point. if the questions aren't clear enough for you to understand, then dont hesitate to have it repeated to you. it is not an embarrassment to ask at all rather than give the wrong answer.
5. dont talk when you are not ask (VERY IMPORTANT). it pays to be patient and wait for them to do the move. MEANING, LESS TALK IS LESS MISTAKE
6. be consistent with everything from answers to documents to prove your worth to be approved for a visa.

JUST FOR EVERY1 TO KNOW, CONSULS ARE TAUGHT TO DO PROFILING. MOST OF THEM KNOWS HOW TO READ VERBAL AND NON VERBAL GESTURES. so dont give them the benefit of the doubt to ...DOUBT YOU in the first place!

Got my Visa for 10 yrs sad. Just be confident & klaroha lang jud unsa imong tumong didto. I ready lang imong papers just in case, but in my case, wa gani ko pangayo-i og bank account/certificate. swerte2 rasad na.
