What do you mean? Sen. TG was elected as senator in 2010 which means his term will expire in 2016. In other words, wala siya ngpa humot for next year's election.

Pasensya na, I thought re-electionist. Kung mouswag man gyud ni na bill, makaayo gyud ni sa katawhan. Ang dakong babag nalang, KUNG maaprobahan ba ni sa atoang halangdon na presidente.

Besides, this system already exists, to a certain extent. Sa official website sa Senate ug sa House of Representatives, i-post man didto ang mga bills na gi-file sa mga senador ug kongresista. Kada senador ug kongresista naa man sad mga e-mail address na pwede gamitun sa mga tawo para ma-contact sila. Naa sad silay mga contact number na pwede gamitun. And for many politicians, naa sad silay Facebook and Twitter. So in terms of communication, unsa man ang problema dinhi na kailangan pa man gyud i-pass ang bill?

Also, if this would apply to every bill passed in Congress, how sure are we na basahon gyud ang tanang komento na gipang-post sa mga tawo? Like sa RH bill, how sure are we na ila gyud basahon ang tanang comments about sa bill?

And for the comments, it would be good kung naa gyud mu-present ug arguments na valid and well-researched. But we can never say that it would happen for EVERY bill. Naa gud mga trabaho ang mga Pilipino outside sa online world.

Also, wouldn't this bill promote some sort of trapo politics? Kung makakita ang mga pulitiko na humot ang bill base sa mga komento na ibilin, mubutar sila in favor of the bill. Kung makakita sila na majority kay nisupak sa bill, mo-vote against sila sa bill simply because it's the popular option. Nawala hinuon ang prinsipyo sa mga pulitiko, na nag-agad na lang sa unsay ganahan sa mga tawo.

So I'm quite skeptical about what this bill is trying to promote. For now, I think they should focus on the FOI bill first before doing something like this.
